They agreed to offset the finance rate and will be cutting a check this week for the difference. Would communicate with his team on how to make my experience better. They were looking into what went wrong with the purchase closing and why. Update 3-26-2021 Upon posting the above review, I was contacted by autolender customer service. Chris M also jerked around with finance months and rate.the experience didn't live up to there jingle.a better way to buy a car. Rachel lied, and my salesman confirmed the lie by going outside with me and looking, stating, I know I saw it here.the contract was rewritten. Most of the experience was fair, until the closing of the paperwork, than they started to lie, ie saying that the charge for the window security etching was mandatory and is done upon original autolender vehicle assessment., I saw no window etching or decal on any vehicle we looked at on toms river lot. Be better off going to a shoddy car dealership you find on the side of the road! When I asked questions I was pretty much brushed off. The guy wouldn't even look at me when they handed me the key back not tell me what all is wrong with it. So you have to walk all over trying to find your vehicle. They lie to you saying they will give you a ride home, but when you get there the guy says "well I want the one who told you that so no" then when they give you the key back they tell you to push the button to find it. Maintenance lift is on for the 2nd time and the key fobs batteries are pretty much dead. Yeah cause you fixed it enough to where it'll get by until they don't have to cover it. And of course now they aren't going to cover anything even though it's having the same exact issues. They did a shoddy job fixing it to where now I have to bring it in again. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!! I haven't had my vehicle for a year and I'm already having to bring it in for the 2nd time! The first time I only had it for a couple of months. We will see how that conversation goes and I will update my review accordingly. ** UPDATE ** I received an email from the owner of Auto Lenders last night promising to reach out to me this morning. It has not happened yet and I have called back multiple time since with no call back. The person I spoke with said that the Service Manager would call me back. ![]() I asked to speak to the Service Manager to see if anything could be worked out. ![]() While the repair was done a little over two years ago, it only has 9300 miles since the repair. The person I spoke with on the phone said that it would not be covered since it was beyond the warranty period of one year or 12,000 miles. There is no reason that the heater core should have failed this soon after the repair. I called the service department to see what could be done and what would be covered since that system was last repaired/ replaced there. The coolant is leaking from the heater core and is pooling in the footwell before leaking through a body plug. I was able to track the leaking coolant to the passenger side foot well. Upon inspection it was noticed that there was coolant leaking from under the vehicle. Recently my Liberty started to act like it was going to overheat. My Jeep Liberty required the replacement of the heater box and heater core about two years ago. I’ve heard horror stories lately regarding the service department. Sales staff was good and the service department used to be really good. AutoLenders I was originally impressed with your dealership in Egg Harbor Township.
